I'm Jasper, 26 years old, and I've been an integration specialist at Canon EMEA since 2022. I set up digital document processing for clients and make sure their systems connect seamlessly. The best results are achieved in collaboration with the client.
On top of that, I enjoy building new things and innovating, in my spare time as well.

Process optimisation trainee at Canon EMEA. I built a first concept to show that dashboards can make customer processes visible. Back then I used Elasticsearch and Kibana, not Power BI.

Marketing analytics trainee at Springbok Agency. I set up a framework that lets you drag and drop marketing data into a Power BI dashboard running on BigQuery.

The question
Every customer had its own SQL structure. Getting a customer's process data into a dashboard meant starting from scratch each time.
The approach
In sysHUB I built a process that collects, transforms and prepares every customer's data in the same way. sysHUB records how the process runs, SQL turns that data into one fixed model, and Power BI only reads that model. The dashboards themselves follow a fixed structure too.
The result
Every new customer reaches the dashboard through the same route. Support sees faster where errors come from and how they relate to lead times. In 2025 the process won the Canon Star Award.

The question
The customer's existing process was hard to maintain.
The approach
I rebuilt the process from scratch in Workato. It's now managed in low-code, but under the hood there's still a lot of logic at code level, which I built into the recipes themselves.
The result
A customer process that is easy to maintain, also when something needs to change later.
The question
Checking and replacing certificates in sysHUB took a lot of digging.
The approach
First I worked out how sysHUB handles certificates. With that knowledge I wrote a custom .jar in Java that reads, compares and replaces them.
The result
The tool covers several use cases, which makes certificates easy to analyse and replace.
I implemented the complete digital document processing workflow for a customer.
The question
When moving to a new system, every document had to bring the right data along.
The approach
For each document I read out what was there. Depending on the type of document, the metadata came from the document itself or from an external table.
The result
In the new system, documents could then be handled and classified correctly straight away.
I leave out client names on purpose.
